Commercial Debt Recovery - Collection Fees

Our pricing model is designed to support a results-driven approach to commercial debt recovery. We operate primarily on a contingency basis, meaning commissions are only charged upon successful collection. This gives your accounts receivable team confidence, as there are no upfront commissions on referred debts, and you retain control over the recovery process in a risk-managed manner.

Debt Amount (NZD) Commission Rate    

$1,000 – $4,999   @   20%

$5,000 – $9,999   @   15%

$10,000 – $19,999   @   10%

$20,000+   @   8%

Note: All commission fees are subject to 15% GST.

For debts with a principal value under $1,000, 

a fixed administration and processing fee of $250 + GST is payable upon engagement.

This fee reflects the upfront administrative effort required to initiate and manage the recovery process for smaller debts. It is a one-time engagement cost and is not dependent on the outcome of the recovery.
